We do our best to get your orders out the door as soon as we can. That being said, each order can be different.
All Seasonal Line and Limited Edition products are already made and the quantities listed are in-stock. Processing time is 3-5 days to pack and ship.
Classic Line products are popular. We try to keep them in stock yet often are making orders as they come. Processing time is 6-10 days.
Larger orders (like weddings) may take 14-20 days. Sometimes faster (again, we want to ship things as fast as we can), it just depends on what’s happening around here. If your wedding or event is within a month of placing your order, let us know the date!!
Custom Orders may take longer, but we will have been in touch if you are ordering custom. Just for information, if we are shopping or ordering fabric for you, it can be up to a few months to finish the order.
Of course! Contact us first (within 14 days of receiving) to let us know you want to return your order. Then, just pop it back the mail with the notecard from the box. (If you lost the card, no worries. Just make sure your name from the order or your order number is in the package so we can find it in the system.)
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the item and make sure it is in returnable condition, we will issue a return of payment. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We are happy to ship internationally with an added shipping cost to cover postage. You are responsible for any customs fees your country may require. We cannot anticipate the fees and it is customer responsibility to research and cover these costs.
☞We CANNOT guarantee shipping times for international orders, even priority shipping. Once it is out of our hands, we have no control over what happens. Once it leaves the US, we have limited information from the postal service.
Yes. Sometimes. Get in touch. We do charge a RUSH FEE of $25-50 depending on the size of the order and the super rush needed. And it depends on if we can actually do it. Sometimes its just simply not in the cards.
We do actually like being able to fulfill rush orders though. WE KNOW YOU! We know that you put it off and now you neeeeeeed it done. We will do our best!! We understand its stressful on you. Its also stressful on us. (Find us on the social medias, sometimes we waive our rush fee if we aren’t super busy.)
Yes. First, right out of the box, our suspenders will fit MOST adult men up to 6’4″. This does include you guys with the bellies. Suspenders will go around the outside of your belly and not affect the length needed.
However, maybe you have a long torso or a larger waist. Just add a note with your order if you are concerned about sizing or email us. We will happily make suspenders to fit you at no added cost.
Yes, its an issue. The straps of the suspenders will go around the outside of your boobs. Place the clips or attachments a little wide on your pants, right above your hip bone. This will let the straps stay a little wider to go around the boobs.
If you are a boob-having person who doesn’t want to have boobs or wants to hide them, we get it. Wear the suspender straps a little closer in and send the straps over your nipples. It minimizes the look of the breasts.
Hopefully you have an iron. And maybe you even have some spray starch. A quick press with a steam iron will help. Quick press though, don’t iron the bowtie for too long. Spray starch is a really handy laundry item if you don’t have it. It’s also pretty cheap. Spray and iron the bowtie to perk that bowtie right up.
We launch 2 Seasonal Lines each year. Our Spring/Summer Line comes out in March and the Fall/Winter line arrives in September. We shop all year for fresh, fancy prints to build these seasonal lines and focus a lot our design & creativity into these lines.
Kelly is a fabric fiend though and cannot resist amazing designs when they show up. As we grow our brand and build our foundations, we will be releasing special Limited Edition products in small batches. The best way to find out about the Limited Editions and have first access is to sign up for our email list.
The Seasonal Lines are limited quantity. What is listed on the website is what is in stock and will not be restocked. The fabric we purchase are special finds and can’t be repeated. Sometimes, we stash away a little bit of these fabrics in case of emergency. (Yes, there’s haberdashery emergencies.)
The Classic Line will always (fingers crossed) be in stock. Quantities are available for bulk purchase.
Sometimes, w can search and find fabric for you. We cannot print our own fabric, so if the fabric doesn’t exist, we can’t make it. Keep in mind that some super special designs are a higher cost. A lot of this is not up to us, we are also subject to market price on purchasing fabric.
